McCall Caldwell

McCall graduated high honors from Weber State University with her degree in accounting. She oversees all financial operations at Forza Management. Her duties encompass the creation, execution, and oversight of financial procedures, enhancements to accounting software, financial management, and the expansion of the company. Furthermore, McCall guides a group of accountants and property managers who work together to achieve ongoing improvement. McCall has applied her analytical skills and passion for numbers in commercial real estate for more than ten years. Before her role at Forza, McCall served as the Controller for a local asset services company, where she built the accounting department from the ground up. She also held the position of senior accountant at Colliers, where she led a team and was tasked with managing a complex portfolio for commercial redevelopment. McCall has played a key role in the expansion and success of Forza Management through her understanding of industry norms, analytical thinking, and forward-thinking approach to fulfill clients' needs and expectations. Beyond her professional life, you might find McCall at a baseball game supporting her son. McCall also enjoys traveling, off-roading in the mountains, and painting.
